Well lets see, I am 24 years old, married and I am currently residing in the extremely hot state of Arizona! I love to write poetry, short stories, song lyrics, and short little humorous tidbits about life. I am currently working on my first book, I think I am going to self publish it, thru lulu.com. I have been struggling with the disease Ulcerative Colitis for 7 years now. I am a big supporter of medical research, especially for breast cancer and gastrointestinal disorders. Most of my writing is based on life experiences. My favorite genre is humor. I believe that humor is the best medicine, I try to find humor in every situation that I come across. I would love to get the chance to learn from more experienced writers!

Interests
Activities: i love to do anything that stimulates creativity. writing, painting, drawing all are a passion of mine.
Favorite Music: I like a wide variety of music, country hip hop, r&b, rock, some of my favorites are eminem, avril lavigne, saving jane, pussycat dolls, gearge strait i could go on and on and on lol!
Favorite TV Shows: i love any show that makes me laugh! will and grace, reba, still standing. I also like drama shows like big love, joan of arcadia, charmed, csi, law and order svu.
Favorite Movies: wow i have a lot of favorites, man on fire, step up 2 the streets, the notebook, the family stone, grease 2, romy and michelle's high school reunion.
Favorite Books: anything by janet evonovich, true crime stories, and anything by laure notaro.
Influences: e.e. cummings, maya angelou, my grandmother, and my father have been so influencial to me. Without my father i would have never discovered my love for writing songs and music in general.
