汽车制动器的两种类型

    蹄鼓(gu)式制(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)器主要(yao)部件有哪些:1.制(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)。制(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)是制(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)器的(de)(de)(de)旋转元件,用(yong)(yong)耐磨的(de)(de)(de)灰(hui)铸铁(tie)铸成。在制(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)边缘开有一个用(yong)(yong)于检查鼓(gu)与蹄之间(jian)间(jian)隙的(de)(de)(de)检查孔(kong),通(tong)过塞尺进行测量检查。2.制(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)蹄。制(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)蹄是制(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)器的(de)(de)(de)固定元件,多(duo)用(yong)(yong)钢板焊(han)成,其截面呈现T字(zi)形(xing)。制(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)蹄与摩擦片(pian)通(tong)常(chang)用(yong)(yong)埋(mai)头(tou)铝(lv)铆(mao)钉(ding)铆(mao)接。有的(de)(de)(de)车采(cai)用(yong)(yong)胶粘结剂,将摩擦片(pian)粘结在制(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)蹄上。3.制(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)间(jian)隙的(de)(de)(de)调(diao)(diao)整(zheng)装置(zhi)。制(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)间(jian)隙的(de)(de)(de)调(diao)(diao)整(zheng)装置(zhi)有人工调(diao)(diao)整(zheng)和自动(dong)(dong)(dong)调(diao)(diao)整(zheng)。

    蹄盘(pan)(pan)式(shi)(shi)制(zhi)动(dong)(dong)器主要类(lei)型(xing)有(you):钳(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)盘(pan)(pan)式(shi)(shi)、全盘(pan)(pan)式(shi)(shi)和蹄盘(pan)(pan)式(shi)(shi)三种,前(qian)两种常用作(zuo)行车制(zhi)动(dong)(dong)器,后一种用作(zuo)停车制(zhi)动(dong)(dong)器。钳(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)盘(pan)(pan)式(shi)(shi)分(fen)为(wei)定钳(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)盘(pan)(pan)式(shi)(shi)和浮(fu)钳(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)盘(pan)(pan)式(shi)(shi)制(zhi)动(dong)(dong)器。目(mu)前(qian)广泛应用的是浮(fu)钳(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)盘(pan)(pan)式(shi)(shi)制(zhi)动(dong)(dong)器。
