制(zhi)动(dong)器的(de)励磁线圈接通额(e)定电压(ya)(ya)(ya)(DC)时(shi)(shi)(shi),电磁力吸合衔(xian)铁(tie)(tie),使(shi)衔(xian)铁(tie)(tie)与(yu)(yu)制(zhi)动(dong)盘(pan)脱离(li)(释放),这(zhei)时(shi)(shi)(shi)传(chuan)动(dong)轴带着制(zhi)动(dong)盘(pan)正常运转(zhuan)或启动(dong),当(dang)传(chuan)动(dong)系统分离(li)或断电时(shi)(shi)(shi),制(zhi)动(dong)器也同时(shi)(shi)(shi)断电,此时(shi)(shi)(shi)弹簧施压(ya)(ya)(ya)于(yu)衔(xian)铁(tie)(tie),迫使(shi)制(zhi)动(dong)盘(pan)与(yu)(yu)衔(xian)铁(tie)(tie)及(ji)法兰(lan)盘(pan)之间(jian)产生摩擦力矩,使(shi)传(chuan)动(dong)轴快速(su)停转(zhuan)。在制(zhi)动(dong)器散热(re)环境较差(cha),传(chuan)动(dong)轴又是长时(shi)(shi)(shi)间(jian)连续工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)时(shi)(shi)(shi),如果条件允许,则(ze)可(ke)在制(zhi)动(dong)器工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)后,保(bao)持电压(ya)(ya)(ya)转(zhuan)换为70%-80%的(de)额(e)定电压(ya)(ya)(ya),以减少发热(re)。
