电磁块式制动器的使用原理

电磁块式制动器是一种常用的刹车装置,主要用于电梯运行中,可以让电梯运行更安全平稳。在电梯上安装电磁块式制动器时也是有一定的要求的,如:能产生足够的制动力矩;满足每步起、制动的工作要求等。那么电磁块式制动器的使用原理是什么呢?


当电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)梯处于静(jing)止状态时,曳(ye)引电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)机(ji)(ji)、电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)块(kuai)式制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器的线(xian)圈(quan)中均无电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流通(tong)过,这时因电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)铁(tie)芯间(jian)没有吸引力、制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)瓦(wa)块(kuai)在制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)弹簧(huang)压力作用下(xia),将(jiang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轮抱紧,保(bao)证电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)不(bu)旋转;当曳(ye)引电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)机(ji)(ji)通(tong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)旋转的瞬(shun)间(jian),制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)铁(tie)中的线(xian)圈(quan)同(tong)(tong)时通(tong)上电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)铁(tie)芯迅速磁(ci)化吸合,带动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)臂使其(qi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)弹簧(huang)受作用力,制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)瓦(wa)块(kuai)张开,与制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轮完全脱离,电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)梯得以运行;当电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)梯轿厢到达所需停(ting)站时,曳(ye)引电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)机(ji)(ji)失电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)铁(tie)中的线(xian)圈(quan)也(ye)同(tong)(tong)时失电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)铁(tie)芯中的磁(ci)力迅速消失,铁(tie)芯在制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)弹簧(huang)的作用下(xia)通(tong)过制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)臂复位(wei),使制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)瓦(wa)块(kuai)再(zai)次将(jiang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轮抱住,电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)梯停(ting)止工作。


当(dang)使用(yong)电(dian)磁(ci)块式(shi)制(zhi)动器时,对它的功能是有一(yi)些基本要求的,下(xia)面(mian)就一(yi)起来了解下(xia):


①当电梯动力电源(yuan)失(shi)电或控制(zhi)电路电源(yuan)失(shi)电时,电磁块式制(zhi)动器能立(li)即进行制(zhi)动。


②当轿厢载有(you)125%额(e)定载荷并以额(e)定速(su)度运行(xing)时,电磁块式制(zhi)动器应能使曳引机停止运转。


③电(dian)梯正常(chang)运行时(shi),电(dian)磁块式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)器应在持续(xu)通电(dian)情(qing)况下保持松(song)开(kai)状态(tai);断开(kai)电(dian)磁块式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)器的释放电(dian)路(lu)后(hou),电(dian)梯应无(wu)附加延迟地(di)被有效制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)动(dong)(dong)。


④切断电磁块式制动(dong)器的电流,至(zhi)少应用两个(ge)独立的电气装置(zhi)来实(shi)现。电梯停止(zhi)时(shi),如果(guo)其中(zhong)一个(ge)接触器的主触点未打开,***迟到下一次运行方向改变时(shi),应防止(zhi)电梯再运行。


⑤装(zhuang)有手动(dong)盘车手轮的电(dian)梯曳引机,应能用手松(song)(song)开(kai)电(dian)磁块式制动(dong)器并需要(yao)一(yi)持(chi)续(xu)力去保持(chi)其(qi)松(song)(song)开(kai)状(zhuang)态(tai)。
